Cooking Steps
- Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add shrimp and minced garlic; cook until shrimp turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce; serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. You can also substitute chicken for shrimp if preferred.
