  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
