  • 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk Celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 small Red onion finely diced (optional)

  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 slices Bread

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Drain the can of tuna thoroughly into a small mixing bowl and use a fork to flake the tuna apart.
  2. Add mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, and diced red onion (if using) to the flaked tuna, then season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined and the tuna salad has a creamy consistency.
  4. Spoon the tuna salad mixture evenly onto two slices of bread, then top with the remaining bread slices to complete the sandwiches.
