- Pat the turkey breast dry and then slice it into 1-inch thick cutlets to ensure quicker cooking.
- In a bowl, toss the turkey cutlets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until each piece is evenly coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the seasoned turkey cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until they are golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
- Pour in the broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan to deglaze it, and simmer briefly to create a light sauce.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and allow the turkey to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving for optimal tenderness.
