  1. Pat the turkey breast dry and then slice it into 1-inch thick cutlets to ensure quicker cooking.
  2. In a bowl, toss the turkey cutlets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until each piece is evenly coated.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the seasoned turkey cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until they are golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
  4. Pour in the broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan to deglaze it, and simmer briefly to create a light sauce.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and allow the turkey to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving for optimal tenderness.
