Ingredients
  

Meatloaf
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a large mixing bowl.
  2. In the bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, chopped onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the center of a baking pan.
  2. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  3. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding some minced garlic to the meatloaf mixture. You can also customize the glaze with a bit of brown sugar or mustard.
