  • 1 can (10.75 oz) canned condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 8 oz egg noodles
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a large oven-safe casserole dish.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it's browned, then drain any excess grease.
Assembly
  1. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper with the cooked beef.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain them well.
  3. Add the cooked and drained egg noodles to the beef mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the entire mixture into your prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it is bubbly and heated through.
  2. For a golden crust, you can sprinkle a little extra shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Serving
  1. Carefully remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
