Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Flavor 1: Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Flavor 2: Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Flavor 3: Strawberry
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree from fresh or frozen strawberries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until just combined.
Flavoring

  3. For chocolate, stir in cocoa powder into the second bowl.

Freezing
  1. Transfer each flavored mixture into separate freezer-safe containers.
  2. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
