  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
Dressing
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Prepare Vegetables
  1. Wash and chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces; slice the cucumbers and thinly slice the red onion.
  2. Chop the fresh parsley.
Make Dressing

Combine and Serve
